--- title: "MENO Fair-Trial Planner: Private Checklist and Symptom Log" resource_type: "Static worksheet" source_article: "https://thehrtindex.com/o-positiv-meno-reviews/" research_checked_date: "2026-10-16" review_status: "Editorial resource — not medically reviewed" --- # MENO Fair-Trial Planner The HRT Index · Private checklist and symptom log · Research checked October 16, 2026 Use this free worksheet to keep purchase deadlines separate from symptom changes. Print it or save a local copy. You do not need to send your answers to The HRT Index or enter an email address. This is a record, not a clinical trial or a decision about treatment. It cannot diagnose a condition, prove that MENO caused a change, or tell you to start, continue, stop or adjust treatment. You do not have to buy another bottle or wait for a checkpoint before seeking care. **Keep your copy private.** A printed or locally saved worksheet does not send us your answers. Saving it in a cloud-synced folder or sharing it may make the contents available through that service. Choose where you keep it carefully, especially on a shared device. ## Part 1: Before the next bottle (private checklist) Fill this in before you buy, or before your next renewal. Keep it privately on paper or in a local copy; you do not need to send it to us. Retail orders follow the store's return rules, not the manufacturer's first-purchase guarantee. | Question | Your answer | |---|---| | Exact product (Menopause Relief capsules / gummies / other) | __________ | | Does the ingredient panel on my bottle match the review I read? | Yes / No / Unsure | | Where I'm buying and how | O Positiv / Target / Amazon / other · One-time / Subscription | | Price per bottle and shipping | $_____ / $_____ or Unknown | | Tax and other charges | $_____ or Unknown | | Bottles I'm planning to buy | _____ | | Product subtotal | $_____ per bottle × _____ bottles = $_____ | | Is my total complete? | Yes / No — some charges still unknown | | First purchase date covered by the direct-purchase guarantee | __________ / Not confirmed / Retail order | | Early policy reminder (qualifying first-purchase date + 23 days; our suggested buffer) | __________ | | First-purchase date + 30 days (policy reference; confirm exact accepted cutoff) | __________ | | Retail return deadline, if relevant | __________ / Unknown | | Actual supplement/tracking start date, if you choose to use it | __________ | | Observation dates: actual start + 28 / 56 / 84 days | __________ / __________ / __________ | | My next subscription charge date | __________ or N/A | | Question for my pharmacist about my medicines | __________ | | My next step | Check the bottle / Ask a pharmacist / Buy one bottle / Talk to a clinician / Buy nothing today | ## Part 2: Your symptom log Record the same things over comparable weeks. Use averages over the days you actually observed, not invented missing days. Your purchase-policy reminder runs from the first order; your symptom weeks run from the actual tracking/start date. They may not line up. | Week | Hot flashes per day (average) | Night wakings per night (average) | How much symptoms bother me (0–10) | Anything new I noticed (keep private) | |---|---|---|---|---| | 0 (before starting) | | | | | | 1 | | | | | | 2 | | | | | | 3 | | | | | | 4 | | | | | | 6 | | | | | | 8 | | | | | | 12 | | | | | ## Part 3: How to read your own results - **Work out changes in counts.** (Baseline count − current count) ÷ baseline count × 100. Example: 9 hot flashes a day at baseline and 7 at week 8 → (9 − 7) ÷ 9 × 100 ≈ 22% fewer. If baseline is zero, do not divide: record the actual change instead. If a value is missing, leave the comparison blank. - **Keep the bother score in points.** A change from 8/10 to 7/10 is 1 point lower—not proof you are 13% less bothered. Your comfort and daily life matter alongside the counts; no cutoff here decides treatment. - **Remember the noise.** Other changes and natural symptom fluctuations can affect the log. A before-and-after record cannot prove that MENO caused a change; do not change prescribed care just to make the log look cleaner. - **Do not wait for a checkpoint when something is worrying.** Stop the supplement and seek medical advice for possible liver-injury symptoms such as yellow eyes/skin or dark urine. Bleeding after menopause needs medical assessment. This log is not a substitute for care, and it does not tell you to stop prescribed medicines. **Worked example (hypothetical):** Your qualifying first purchase is October 1, 2026, and you actually begin tracking/use on October 5. An early policy reminder is October 24; first purchase + 30 days is October 31, a reference date whose exact cutoff you should confirm. Your 4-, 8- and 12-week observation dates are November 2, November 30 and December 28. At baseline you record 9 hot flashes a day and bother of 8/10; at week 8, 7 a day and 7/10. That is about 22% fewer reported flashes and 1 point less bother—not proof of a MENO effect or a rule to buy another bottle. Still uncomfortable? A later order does not reset that clock. Ask the seller whether your purchase qualifies. | | When should I check the terms? | A reminder 23 calendar days after the qualifying first purchase gives a buffer. It is our suggested reminder, not a company deadline or a medical response test. Contact support earlier whenever needed. | | What does first purchase + 30 days mean? | A reference for the written 30-day request window—not a guaranteed final midnight cutoff. Confirm the seller's accepted cutoff and contact support early. | | What about a store purchase? | Use that retailer's return terms and confirmed deadline. Do not apply the manufacturer's direct-purchase guarantee automatically. | | When do symptom weeks start? | From your actual tracking/start date, not the order date. Optional checkpoints are 28, 56 and 84 days later. They are observations, not a required treatment course. | | What if a date is unknown? | Leave it unknown and ask. Do not assume a delivery or renewal date. | | What is my product subtotal? | Price per bottle × number of bottles. Include only the prices and discounts actually applying to your order. | | What is my complete total? | Product subtotal + known shipping for all selected orders + known taxes/required charges. Missing required charges leave the total incomplete, not zero. | **Price example, not a purchase recommendation:** At the October 16, 2026 single-bottle subscription price, $34.99 × 3 = $104.97 in product cost. At the one-time rate, $41.99 × 3 = $125.97. The product-price difference is $21. Tax or shipping not yet known leaves the full total incomplete. Three bottles provide 90 labeled servings; this does not establish when a subscription charges your card. **Past or future dates:** A past reminder is not evidence you still have refund rights. Mark a future order or start date as planned, and update it to what actually happens. For purchases before October 1, 2025, ask about the older policy rather than applying this current 30-day worksheet automatically. ## Copy-ready purchase questions O Positiv's written policy directs refund questions to **hello@opositiv.com**. You can also use its account or support routes for subscription changes. > What is my next charge date, and what's the last day I can cancel before it? > > Please cancel my subscription and confirm in writing that no further orders will ship. > > Does my order qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee? Which bottles and what amount? Cancellation and refund requests are separate. The written direct-purchase guarantee is discretionary, covers requests for up to two bottles within 30 days of the very first purchase, and excludes shipping. Save the policy, the request and any confirmation. ## When not to wait for your next log entry Possible liver-injury symptoms, such as yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual tiredness, itching or upper-right belly pain, need medical advice; stop the supplement and contact a clinician promptly. This does not tell you to stop prescribed medicines. Any bleeding or spotting after 12 months without a period needs medical assessment, even if it is light. The worksheet cannot decide what caused it. ## Sources and the full review Product and purchase facts checked October 16, 2026.
