Test the official code before you pay

Affiliate link: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. WELCOME15 is a conditional checkout test, not a guaranteed discount. Confirm the total changes from $99 to $84.15 before payment.

The current Wisp menopause promo code to try is WELCOME15, which Wisp publishes for 15% off a new patient’s first order. Its exclusions do not name the $99 menopause consult; if checkout accepts it, the total is $84.15. Wisp+ does not help because its terms exclude menopause consults and products by name. Medication is separate.

Best for: a new Wisp patient who is already at the menopause-consult checkout and wants the only official public code whose posted terms do not exclude menopause.

Not for you if: you have used Wisp before, need the visit billed to insurance, want medication bundled into one monthly price, or need the telehealth provider to order labs.

Which Wisp discounts can apply to the $99 menopause consult?

Wisp’s own pages produce one clear action: try WELCOME15, then trust the total—not the banner. The code is official, but we did not complete a purchase, so $84.15 is a conditional checkout total rather than a verified transaction. Wisp+ is not a backup route because menopause is expressly excluded from that membership discount.

What those labels mean: “Official Wisp offer” means the code appears on Wisp’s own site. “Not excluded” means menopause is absent from the published exclusion list. “Confirm at checkout” means only your live cart can establish whether the code is accepted on that order.

Do this first

Open Wisp’s menopause-consult page, enter WELCOME15, and look at the pre-payment total. If it changes from $99 to $84.15, the code applied. If the number does not move, do not treat a success message or banner as proof.

Affiliate disclosure: this Wisp link may earn The HRT Index a commission at no extra cost to you. The research and promo-code assessment remain independent.

The right online HRT provider isn't the same for every woman — it depends on your symptoms, your age and whether you have a uterus, your medication route preference (patch, pill, gel, or vaginal estrogen), your risk history, your insurance or cash-pay situation, and your state. Some situations belong with an in-person clinician first. Because a general answer can't resolve those for you, use The HRT Index's Find My HRT Path tool to match your situation to the right provider — and to flag when online care isn't the right starting point — before your first consult.

The HRT Index is the independent decision resource for online menopause and HRT care — comparing telehealth providers on clinical legitimacy, care quality, medication fit, price transparency, and access, with every claim verified and dated, so women can choose the path that fits their situation before their first consult.

Is there a Wisp menopause promo code?

Yes, but the honest answer has a boundary. WELCOME15 is Wisp’s official 15%-off-first-order code for new patients, and the posted exclusions do not name the menopause consult. Wisp does not publish a menopause-only code. Because we did not complete checkout, the code should be treated as eligible to try—not guaranteed to work.

Wisp’s public coupons page listed six active codes when we checked it on August 12, 2026:

CodePublished discountPublished use
WELCOME1515% offFirst order for a new patient
YEAST1515% offEligible yeast-treatment subscription
BOOST2020% offEligible metabolic-support subscription
TREATMYUTI20% offEligible UTI antibiotics
TREAT25% offEligible BV antibiotics
HPCLEAR30% offSelect herpes-treatment subscriptions, with stated exclusions

Five are tied to product categories that have nothing to do with menopause. That leaves WELCOME15.

Was there ever a menopause-specific Wisp discount?

A September 2025 report about Wisp’s partnership with Stripes Beauty said Stripes customers would receive 20% off a Wisp menopause consultation. We did not find a current public code or current official redemption page for that offer in August 2026, so it is not included as a live discount here.

If you previously bought from Stripes, checking an old partnership email costs nothing. Do not build your budget around that offer unless a current message or checkout screen confirms it.

What does WELCOME15 cover, and what does it exclude?

Wisp states that WELCOME15 is for new patients on a first order, cannot be combined with another offer, and excludes prescription weight care, anemia testing, and specified partner products. Menopause is not named. A separate sitewide exclusion footnote also omits menopause, while Wisp+ expressly excludes it.

This is where the page earns its keep. Wisp does not publish one universal exclusion list. It publishes different terms for different offers, and the lists are not identical.

The three Wisp exclusion lists, side by side

Terms setWhere it appearsRelevant exclusionsIs menopause named?
WELCOME15 termsWisp coupons pagePrescription weight care, anemia testing, and named partner products; new patients only; no combining offersNo
Wisp+ termsWisp+ membership pageMedical-abortion product, “menopause & weight care consults and products,” and named partner productsYes
Sitewide all-discounts footnoteWisp coupons pageNamed partner items, weight-care consultation, pH wipes, UTI strips, anemia consultation, generic Latisse, and merchandiseNo

Wisp plainly knows how to exclude menopause when it wants to: it does so in the Wisp+ terms. It does not name menopause in the WELCOME15 terms or the separate all-discounts footnote.

That supports trying WELCOME15 on the $99 consult. It does not turn an untested cart into a completed transaction. The live total remains the final test.

What we can prove—and what we cannot

We can prove that:

  • WELCOME15 is an official Wisp code.
  • It is limited to new patients and first orders.
  • It cannot be combined with another Wisp offer.
  • Wisp’s posted WELCOME15 exclusions do not name menopause.
  • Wisp+ does name and exclude menopause consults and products.
  • Fifteen percent of $99 is $14.85, producing a conditional total of $84.15.

We cannot prove that Wisp’s checkout accepted WELCOME15 on a menopause consult on August 12, 2026 because we did not place an order.

That damaging admission stays. A coupon page that pretends an exclusion-list reading is a completed checkout test is not verification—it is theater.

First time with Wisp? This is the moment that settles it.

Enter WELCOME15 and confirm that the total is $84.15 before payment. If it stays at $99, stop and use the troubleshooting steps below rather than assuming a credit will appear later.

Why won’t Wisp+ discount my menopause consult?

Wisp+ is a paid membership starting at $30 and advertises tiered discounts of 15% to 25%. Its published terms exclude menopause consults and menopause products by name. Do not buy Wisp+ to reduce the cost of Wisp menopause care; it does not apply to that category.

The large promise is easy to see: savings on multiple Wisp items. The carve-out is the part that controls your purchase.

For menopause, the membership does not cut the consult fee and does not discount menopause products. You would be paying for a membership that leaves the bill you came to reduce untouched.

Wisp+ may still make sense for a household buying other eligible Wisp products. That is a different decision. It is not a menopause-savings route.

What does the $99 Wisp menopause consult actually include?

Wisp says the $99 fee includes the consult, follow-ups, and three months of Care Team access. Medication is not included: if treatment is prescribed, you pay the local pharmacy separately. Wisp also says its menopause service does not order or perform lab testing.

Included in the $99 fee

  • The online menopause consultation
  • Follow-up support
  • Three months of Care Team access
  • A prescription sent to a local pharmacy if the clinician determines treatment is appropriate
  • The ability to pay the consult with an accepted FSA or HSA card, subject to your plan’s rules

Not included in the $99 fee

  • The medication dispensed by the pharmacy
  • Lab testing ordered through Wisp
  • A guaranteed prescription
  • A published promise of support or refill pricing after the first three months

Do not turn the fee into a fake “$33 per month” price

Wisp charges $99 once for the stated three-month access period. Dividing that by three can be useful for personal budgeting, but it makes the offer sound like a $33 monthly subscription when that is not how Wisp presents or bills it.

Compare a one-time $99 care fee with another provider’s actual care fee—not with a mathematically manufactured monthly number.

Does Wisp require hormone tests before menopause treatment?

Wisp says it does not order or perform the screening or laboratory tests discussed on its menopause information page. If a clinician determines testing is needed, Wisp says it must be arranged through an in-person healthcare provider before treatment can begin.

That is not automatically a sign of low-quality menopause care. Menopause is often assessed clinically from symptoms, menstrual history, age, and medical history; routine hormone-level testing is not required for every woman. Testing or in-person evaluation can still matter when the history is atypical, bleeding is unexplained, another condition may be causing the symptoms, or the clinician needs information the online intake cannot supply.

Are Wisp’s menopause medications FDA-approved or compounded?

Wisp’s public consult page names medication types and routes—such as estradiol patches, gels, oral options, micronized progesterone, and Provera—but it does not establish the regulatory status of every product a clinician might discuss. FDA approval belongs to a specific product, formulation, strength, and manufacturer, not to the hormone name by itself.

Before filling the prescription, ask for the exact product name and whether it is an FDA-approved drug or a compounded preparation. This page does not treat compounded medication as equivalent to an FDA-approved product, and Wisp’s local-pharmacy model does not remove the need to verify the exact prescription.

What happens after three months of Care Team access?

Wisp’s public menopause-consult page states what the initial $99 includes but does not publish a complete post-three-month price and refill schedule.

Ask this during the consult:

“After my three months of Care Team access end, what will I pay for continued prescribing, refills, or another clinical review?”

That question is more important than forcing an annual-cost estimate out of terms that do not publish one.

Why do coupon sites list so many Wisp codes that do not work?

Third-party coupon pages collect expired offers, product-specific codes, user submissions, and even offers for unrelated companies with “Wisp” in the name. Wisp’s own coupons page is the controlling public source for current terms. On August 12, 2026, it listed six active codes—not dozens of menopause codes.

A freshness badge, anonymous “verified” vote, or large coupon count is not evidence that a code applies to a menopause consultation. The useful questions are narrower:

  1. Is the code published by Wisp?
  2. Is the shopper eligible under the code’s terms?
  3. Is the menopause consult excluded?
  4. Does the live total actually fall before payment?

There is also a basic entity problem: “Wisp” can refer to businesses and projects unrelated to the women’s telehealth company. The service covered here is Wisp, Inc. at hellowisp.com. A ski-resort coupon or an old unrelated promotion is not a Wisp menopause offer.

The part most coupon pages miss is not another code. It is that Wisp+ excludes menopause by name while WELCOME15’s published exclusions do not.

Where is the bigger Wisp menopause saving?

The possible WELCOME15 saving is $14.85 once. Medication is a separate pharmacy bill, and the price of the same prescription can vary by drug, strength, quantity, pharmacy, insurance status, and discount card. That recurring bill can matter more than the code, so compare pharmacy prices before the prescription is sent.

You came for a code. Use it if checkout accepts it. Then move to the number that can repeat.

Current pharmacy-price examples

The figures below are examples displayed by GoodRx when checked on August 12, 2026. They are not Wisp prices, treatment recommendations, or guaranteed local totals.

Medication exampleQuantity and strength shownGoodRx price displayedWhat it proves
Generic estradiol patch8 twice-weekly patches, 0.05 mg/dayAbout $33.82A common route can have a cash-discount price that is worth checking against insurance
Generic progesterone30 capsules, 100 mgAbout $16.25A separate progestogen prescription creates its own pharmacy bill
Lyllana estradiol patch8 twice-weekly patches, 0.05 mg/dayAbout $52.56Brand and generic patch pricing can differ even at the same nominal strength

Prices change by location and date. The medication you are offered may not match any row. Use the exact drug name, strength, quantity, and ZIP code when comparing.

Wisp gives patients a GoodRx card

Wisp says its GoodRx card can be reused, is accepted at more than 70,000 pharmacies, and may reduce eligible prescription costs by up to 80%. That is an “up to” claim, not a promise that your medication will receive that discount.

The card applies at the pharmacy, not to the $99 consult. Wisp also says it can be used on many non-Wisp prescriptions, including FDA-approved medications.

Two questions worth asking before the prescription is sent

  1. “Can you tell me the exact drug name, strength, route, and quantity before you send it?” You cannot compare prices accurately without all four.
  2. “Can you send it to the pharmacy with the lowest price I confirm?” Wisp’s model uses local-pharmacy pickup, so choosing the pharmacy deliberately is part of controlling the total.

A 90-day quantity may lower the per-unit cost for some medications, but not always. Compare the 30-day and 90-day totals before asking the clinician to change the quantity.

Copy this pharmacy price-check card

That is the real savings stack: settle the care fee first, then price the exact prescription rather than guessing what “HRT costs.”

Why didn’t my Wisp promo code work?

The most likely reasons are that you are not a new patient, another promotion is already attached to the cart, the order contains an excluded item, or Wisp’s checkout does not currently accept WELCOME15 for that consult. Wisp states that WELCOME15 is for a new patient’s first order and cannot be combined with another discount.

Work through this in order:

  1. Retype the code: WELCOME15, with no space or hyphen.
  2. Check your patient status: any earlier Wisp order may mean you are not a new patient.
  3. Remove another promotion: Wisp says offers cannot be combined.
  4. Test the consult by itself: a partner product or other excluded item can complicate the cart.
  5. Watch the number: the proof is a total of $84.15, not a banner or generic success message.
  6. Restart cleanly: sign out, open a private browser window, and begin from the menopause-consult page.
  7. Do not pay expecting a later coupon credit: Wisp’s posted refund terms are narrow and do not promise a later coupon credit.

What should I send Wisp support?

Wisp lists non-medical customer service at support@hellowisp.com, staffed 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Send:

  • A screenshot of Wisp’s WELCOME15 offer
  • A screenshot of the cart and error
  • The date and time
  • The exact product in the cart
  • Whether you have used Wisp before

Ask:

“Is WELCOME15 currently eligible for the $99 Menopause Consult Online, and what should my total be before payment?”

That gets you a written answer from the company controlling the checkout.

Do not create another account to look like a new patient

The offer is for new patients. Opening another account to manufacture eligibility risks violating the promotion terms and creating duplicate records for a medical service. It is not worth doing to chase $14.85.

Can I stack WELCOME15 with Wisp+, insurance, HSA, FSA, GoodRx, or cash back?

You cannot stack WELCOME15 with another Wisp offer. HSA and FSA are payment methods rather than promo codes. Insurance and GoodRx apply to the separate pharmacy bill, not the consult fee. Cash-back compatibility was not verified, so do not count it before it tracks.

Wisp’s menopause model creates two bills:

  1. The care fee paid to Wisp
  2. The medication charge paid to the pharmacy

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Wisp displays “FSA & HSA Accepted” on the menopause-consult page. That does not lower the $99 price; it means an eligible account may be used to pay with pre-tax funds.

Eligibility, documentation, and the tax value depend on your plan and circumstances. This page does not turn that into a made-up dollar discount.

Does Wisp take insurance for the consultation?

Wisp says it does not bill insurance for the visit. If a prescription is sent to your local pharmacy, insurance may apply there.

Ask the pharmacy for:

  • The insurance price
  • The cash price
  • The discount-card price

You generally use either insurance or the discount card for a fill, not both. Pay the lower available total after checking whether either route affects deductibles or other plan benefits.

Can I use cash back with WELCOME15?

We did not verify that a cash-back portal and WELCOME15 track together on a Wisp menopause order. Cash back is normally paid later, not deducted from the checkout total. If certainty today matters more than a possible later rebate, test the official Wisp code directly.

What if I am already a Wisp patient?

WELCOME15 is published for new patients on a first order. Wisp+ excludes menopause. We found no public Wisp menopause code for a returning patient on August 12, 2026. That is the part that costs us the click, and it is still the answer.

Do not buy Wisp+ hoping it will solve the problem. It will not discount menopause care under the posted terms.

That does not automatically mean leaving Wisp is cheaper. Wisp separates the care fee from the pharmacy bill, which lets you shop the prescription. A bundled provider gives you one predictable charge but may remove some of that pharmacy flexibility.

Choose the model that matches what you value:

  • Stay with Wisp if you value local-pharmacy choice and are willing to compare medication prices.
  • Compare bundled providers if you want medication and care in one recurring price.
  • Compare insurance-billing practices if using insurance for the visit is the priority.

Is Wisp legitimate?

Yes. Wisp is an established women’s telehealth company founded in 2018, majority-owned by WELL Health Technologies, and Wisp says its service is available in all 50 states. Its current site names a medical director and says it has served more than 1.8 million people. Legitimacy does not erase the need to read its refund terms.

The verifiable basics

Current public review pools also show both sides of the service experience. Trustpilot displayed a 4.0 TrustScore from 11,393 reviews when checked August 12, 2026, while Wisp displayed 4.3 on its own pages. Ratings move, so the date and host matter.

“Worth the price for the convenience.” — Melissa Andrade, Trustpilot, August 8, 2026

“If you need any assistance from customer support be prepared for the run around.” — Katie Perez, Trustpilot, August 6, 2026

These are individual service experiences, not evidence that menopause treatment is effective, safe, or appropriate for you.

Those facts establish a real operating company and clinical-service structure. They do not tell you whether Wisp is the right care model for your history, whether a prescription will be appropriate, or what your pharmacy will charge.

Read the refund terms before paying

Wisp’s terms, effective May 6, 2026, say product sales are generally final. Wisp may provide a refund or replacement in specified situations including an item being out of stock, a prescription product being unavailable at local pharmacies, an item arriving damaged or defective, or a purchased item not arriving. Other refunds are at Wisp’s discretion.

A consultation is a service, not merely a box of medication. Treat the $99 as a real clinical-review charge, not a refundable reservation you can casually undo after completing intake.

Wisp’s general how-it-works page says that when no treatment can be prescribed, the patient may be charged up to $25 rather than the full consult fee. Wisp does not clearly state on the public menopause page whether that general rule applies identically to every menopause-consult outcome. Ask support before paying if that distinction controls your decision.

Is Wisp menopause available in every state?

Wisp’s current menopause page says all 50 states. State-specific telehealth requirements can still change how the interaction happens, including whether a phone or video step is required. Complete the eligibility screen with your actual state before paying.

For a deeper provider-level review, read our Wisp menopause review.

Who should skip Wisp menopause care?

Wisp can fit a woman who wants a one-time initial online-care fee, local-pharmacy pickup, and the freedom to compare generic medication prices. It is a weaker fit when the visit must be billed to insurance, medication must be bundled into one price, labs need to be ordered through the platform, or the history requires more in-person assessment.

The Menopause Society does not set a universal age at which hormone therapy must stop. The issue here is starting treatment later and making the decision with an individualized assessment—not automatically excluding every woman over 60 from online care.

What else should I know about the Wisp menopause promo code?

The remaining decision points are simple: the official consult price is $99, WELCOME15 is limited to new first orders, medication is separate, and Wisp+ excludes menopause. The answers below close the checkout, insurance, pharmacy, state, and returning-patient questions most likely to stop someone from deciding.

What is the best Wisp menopause promo code right now?

WELCOME15 is the only official public Wisp code whose posted terms do not exclude the $99 menopause consult. It offers 15% off a new patient’s first order. If checkout accepts it, the total is $84.15. We verified the terms, not a completed purchase.

Does WELCOME15 actually work on the menopause consult?

Wisp’s posted WELCOME15 exclusions do not name menopause, and menopause is also absent from its separate all-discounts footnote. That supports trying the code. Only a live checkout total of $84.15 confirms that it works on your order.

Is the Wisp menopause consult $99 or $84.15?

$99 is Wisp’s published consult price. $84.15 is the conditional total if WELCOME15 is accepted. Medication remains a separate pharmacy charge either way.

Can existing Wisp patients use WELCOME15?

No under the published terms. Wisp limits WELCOME15 to new patients on a first order. We found no public returning-patient menopause code on August 12, 2026.

Does Wisp+ work for menopause?

No. Wisp+ expressly excludes menopause consults and products. Do not buy that membership for a menopause discount.

Is medication included in the $99 consult?

No. Wisp says prescribed medication is paid for separately at the local pharmacy. The exact annual cost cannot be known until you know the drug, strength, quantity, pharmacy, insurance price, and cash-discount price.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Wisp marks the menopause consult as FSA/HSA accepted. That is a payment method, not a discount. Your plan administrator determines eligibility and documentation requirements.

Does Wisp take insurance?

Not for the menopause consultation. Insurance may cover a prescribed medication at the local pharmacy. Compare that price with the pharmacy’s cash and discount-card prices.

Can I use GoodRx with a Wisp prescription?

Yes. Wisp provides a reusable GoodRx card for pharmacy prescriptions and says it is accepted at more than 70,000 pharmacies. The discount applies to eligible medication costs, not the $99 consult.

Can I stack WELCOME15 with cash back?

We did not verify that combination. A cash-back portal can have separate tracking and coupon rules, and any reward usually arrives after purchase. Do not include it in the price you expect at checkout.

Is Wisp menopause available in all 50 states?

Wisp’s current menopause page says yes. Enter your real state during intake because state-specific telehealth steps and clinician availability can still affect the process.

What if Wisp cannot prescribe treatment for me?

Wisp’s general how-it-works page says patients who cannot be prescribed any treatment may be charged up to $25 rather than the full consult price. The public menopause page does not spell out how that rule applies to every menopause outcome, so confirm with support before paying if this is material to you.

How often is this page updated?

The HRT Index rechecks Wisp’s promo roster, exclusion terms, consult price, and key policies monthly. Pharmacy examples are rechecked quarterly because drug prices vary by location and change more often than clinical guidance.

What did The HRT Index actually verify?

On August 12, 2026, we checked Wisp’s live commercial pages, not a coupon database. We compared the code roster, three different exclusion lists, the $99 consult inclusions, Wisp+ terms, insurance and GoodRx statements, current refund language, state availability, and selected pharmacy-price examples. We did not complete checkout.

Under The HRT Index Verification Standard, we:

  • Read Wisp’s coupons page and recorded all six codes shown there.
  • Compared the WELCOME15 exclusions, the Wisp+ exclusions, and the separate all-discounts footnote.
  • Verified the $99 consult price, three-month Care Team access, medication-separate model, FSA/HSA badge, and all-50-state claim on Wisp’s menopause page.
  • Verified that Wisp+ excludes menopause consults and products.
  • Checked Wisp’s GoodRx claims and current pharmacy-price examples.
  • Read Wisp’s terms effective May 6, 2026 for refund language.
  • Checked Wisp’s statement that it does not order or perform the tests discussed for its menopause service.
  • Checked Wisp’s general reduced-fee statement when no treatment can be prescribed and kept the menopause-specific uncertainty visible.
  • Verified company history and majority ownership through WELL Health sources.
  • Checked current FDA and Menopause Society guidance before keeping the medical context.

What we did not do: we did not create a Wisp account, submit a medical intake, complete a purchase, or obtain a prescription. We therefore do not label WELCOME15 “checkout verified.”

What we earn: We may earn a commission when you use a clearly labeled Wisp CTA on this page, at no extra cost to you. Ordinary Wisp research citations remain direct editorial links. That does not change the price a reader pays or the facts we verify.

This page is independent editorial research produced under The HRT Index Verification Standard. We evaluate providers on five pillars, in this order: clinical legitimacy, care quality, medication fit, price transparency, and access. We do not assign invented numeric scores.

Educational only — not medical advice. This page is not medically reviewed by a clinician. Ask a licensed clinician whether hormone therapy is appropriate for your symptoms, history, and risk factors.
